Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully, especially as we ship live tropical plants.
Order Processing & Dispatch Days
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We aim to dispatch orders on the following days:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
We do not dispatch orders later in the week to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend, helping ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders where possible are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
If they are oversized, we then use Parcel Force Express 48.
Estimated delivery time:
- 1–2 working days after dispatch
While Tracked 24 is a next-day service, we ask customers to allow an extra working day for delivery.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- UK Mainland only
Plants, Merchandise & Accessories
- All items, including tropical plants, merchandise, and accessories, are shipped using the same delivery method.
- Plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.
Large or Unusual Items
If your order is larger or unusual in size, we may use an alternative courier service.
In this case, delivery times may vary slightly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Postal service issues
- Weather conditions
- Busy periods
We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
