Alocasia Scalprum Albo

An unusual and highly collectible variegated form of Alocasia scalprum, a species admired for its heavily textured, almost reptilian foliage and distinctive sculpted appearance. The addition of crisp white albo variegation makes each plant uniquely patterned, enhancing an already remarkable species.

Established in semi-hydro, even as a pup, Scalprum Albo displays the unique form that has made it a favourite among collectors, while the crisp white variegation adds an extra layer of rarity and appeal as the plant matures.  The textured foliage becomes increasingly pronounced, creating a truly standout specimen.

An uncommon find and a must-have for collectors seeking something a little different, with four baby plants currently available.
